Cheng Zhu, Assistant Professor, Advanced Research Institute of Multidisciplinary Science, Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT). He obtained his Ph.D. from the School of Materials Science and Technology at Beijing Institute of Technology. He joined BIT in 2021. His primary research focus on the organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite semiconductor materials and multi-functional films. These materials find applications in various optoelectronic semiconductor devices, including thin-film solar cells, flexible wearable photovoltaic devices, and high-energy radiation detectors. To date, he has published 43 papers and received the total citation of 2400 and H-index of 21.
